These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Eduvo business finance platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. About Eduvo and our services
These Terms are an agreement between you and EDUVO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15618341, with its registered office at 10 York Road, London SE1 7ND, United Kingdom (“Eduvo”, “we”, or “us”). Eduvo is a financial technology platform offering corporate cards, multi-currency accounts, expense management, travel booking, and treasury tools. Eduvo is not a bank. 2. Eligibility
The platform is intended for business use. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the business you register, and the business must be eligible under applicable laws and our acceptance criteria.
3. Your account and verification
You must provide accurate information and complete identity and business verification (KYC/KYB) before accessing certain features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Cards and payments
Cards and payment services are subject to the terms of our payment partner and the applicable card network rules. You agree to use cards only for lawful business purposes and within any limits or controls set on your account.
5. Fees and billing
Applicable subscription fees, per-user pricing, and any transaction or service fees are described on our pricing pages or in your order. Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We may update fees with reasonable notice.
6. Treasury and investment risk
Treasury products may involve investment risk. The value of treasury instruments can fluctuate and you may receive back less than you invest. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Eduvo does not provide investment advice; seek independent advice where appropriate.

- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Comply with all applicable laws, sanctions, and anti-money-laundering requirements.

The platform, including its software, content, and trademarks, is owned by Eduvo or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform in accordance with these terms.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where required by law, to protect the platform or our users, or where you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time, subject to settling outstanding obligations.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eduvo excludes implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your market of registration within the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
